Double opt-in
You can create a recipients database by referring newsletter subscribers from your website to DMdelivery. A double opt-in procedure is started automatically. Not only is this legally required, it also guards the quality of your database. By reconfirming the subscription you can make sure that it is a legitimate one, and that the email address actually exists. And should your recipient want to unsubscribe: this too is an automated process. Also, all bounces are processed through DMdelivery.

Temporary unsubscribe
Do you want your recipients to be able to unsubscribe for a certain amount of time? When they are on vacation, for example? DMdelivery automatically suspends the subscription until the specified date.

Filters
With DMdelivery, you can easily create and apply filters to your recipients database. A filter is based on a field in your database. Say you have the fields first name, sex and age defined in your database. You could create a filter that outputs all women named Ellen, aged 25 or over.

Import and export
Importing addresses from an Excel file (or any other database file) into DMdelivery is easy. Exporting is too. While importing, DMdelivery automatically checks your file for address errors and if the record already exists in the database. All this to prevent double or erroneous records. Exporting addresses is just as easy, and offers many options. You can export all addresses, but also groups, filters, addresses that led to conversion or clicks, unique response addresses, etcetera. The exported file can be used for a new mailing, further analysis or segmentation.
