Deliverability

deliverabilityNowadays, it is far from self-evident that your email actually reaches the inbox of the recipient. Or that the email is shown exactly the same as you intended it to be. The reason: the enormous amount of undesired email that is sent every day. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) apply advanced ways of filtering, thus sending a lot of legitimate messages to the junk mail folder. The result: lower percentages for opens, click ratios and conversion.

What does Web Power do to deliver your email?

deliverability Besides all regular technical requirements, Web Power has taken a number of precautions that ensure the highest possible deliverability:

Checks
Before you send your email, DMdelivery performs a number of checks:
  • Mail analysis: checks the file size of the email, and whether all images and hyperlinks contain descriptive tags.
  • SpamAssassin: this is a spam filter that is commonly used in combination with a mail server. SpamAssassin analyzes the content of the email, and assigns a score to your email. By checking your email prior to sending you get an indication of the spam score of your email.
advies Advice
Web Power can provide you with a professional advice about how to setup your email program. This can concern a technical advice, but also about the perception of your email by the recipient.

Monitoring
By actively monitoring your deliverability, Web Power can signal new developments as they occur, and take necessary action where needed. Web Power has close contact with several ISP's.

Double opt-in required
Througout the years, Web Power has built a solid reputation with ISP's. To maintain this reputation, Web Power requires all clients that their adresses are obtained through a double opt-in process.

Web Power makes sure that your email arrives. In the inbox, on said time, and exactly how you meant it.
